Last weekend we took advantage of the nicer weather and headed out to the Fort Worth Zoo. We hadn't been in over a year, and it was MUCH better for the kids this time! They were really into all the animals and we could tell they were having a blast, which made it a lot more fun for us too! I happen to leave the battery out of my camera, and didn't have my extra with me (DUH), so thank goodness our friends that we met out there were kind enough to take a few and send them to me!!
It's hard to say which animals were their favorite, they loved the giraffes, and all the monkeys!! Nate kept saying he wanted to see the tigers, and when we finally got to them, they were all sleeping.. so Nate kept yelling "WAKE UP, TIGER!!" It was cute. They are still talking about all the animals they saw that day. I think we will go back sooner than later!
